SpotRight and Spot Influence are now one company and together we’re on a mission to create innovative, social powered 1:1 marketing solutions. Fortunately both companies had abit of a running start at this and given the teams’ backgrounds, we’re picking up speed quickly.
This new frontier of social data is super exciting and we anticipate our approach to making it simple, accessible and actionable for direct response marketing teams will no doubt push the industry forward. What we love about the market we’re serving is that for the past fifty plus years direct response marketers have developed the methods and frameworks of working with lots of different types of data for better targeting. They know how to make it work. Social data, however, is the new kid on the block and it’s unique in that it changes daily and it’s unstructured. This is why SpotRight exists, to help marketers tap into this new source of customer intelligence data to use for customer loyalty, conversions, and acquisition.
