Information We Collect Through the Site
We collect several different categories of information when you use the Site, which include personal information and other information about you and your organization, information about how you use the Site, and technical information about your devices and software.
Through the Site you submit information to utilize the SpotRight products and services (such as our PersonaBuilder and AudienceBuilder applications) and to request information from us about our products and services. To enable this, we will request that you submit personal information such as your name, email address and potentially other information. We may also collect other information such as your job title, your organization, the industry in which you work, and your product interests or preferences. When you request access to one of our audiences, we may also ask you for information so that we can deploy the audience to the requested digital platform. We receive information from other sources, such as data partners, outside of the Site, which may include information about you or your organization and may be combined with information we collect through the Site in order to have a more complete view of our clients and prospective clients. We collect your personal information through the Site in obvious ways through accurately-labeled forms and input fields.
In some instances, we may combine other types of information about you with personal information, such as deriving geographical location from your IP address and combining behavioral data about your usage of the Site with your name. If we combine other types of information about you with your personal information, we will treat the combined information as personal information.
We collect certain non-personally identifiable information about you through the Site in various ways. For example, we collect information to enable us to identify you online across the internet on a non-personally identifiable basis. This information may be collected through cookies, web beacons or other technology that is not combined with personal information. We do not combine your personal information with your online behavior from other websites. We also collect information relating to your access to the Site and how you use it on a non-personally identifiable basis. For example, we collect information about how you use the Site such as the pages you visit, the time you spend on each page and with which content you interact as well as any search parameters you use. We also collect information about the hardware and software you use to interact with the Site such as your browser version, or whether you have certain browser add-ons enabled. This information may also include the unique id of your mobile device or your computer’s IP address or the location data associated with those identifiers.
How We Use and Share Information Collected Through the Site
Improve Products and Services. We may use your personal information to evaluate and improve our products, services, marketing and business processes.
Legal Process. We will comply with applicable law and legal process even if it requires that we disclose personal information. However, we will seek to make all required disclosures in accordance with applicable law. If we consider it advisable, in order to ensure the safety or security of others or to avoid fraud or harm to our business or systems, we may disclose your personal information to the extent necessary to mitigate the threat.
Corporate Transactions. If all or part of our company is sold, merged or otherwise transferred to another entity (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings), previously collected personal information may be transferred to the relevant third party.

We may send you surveys or other messages requesting your feedback regarding the Site or to contact you about our products and services. If you would like to opt out of business-to-business email communications from Wiland, Inc., please use the link located at the bottom of the email you received. Some non-marketing communications are not subject to general opt-out, such as communications related to product or service fulfillment or transactions and other support related information, our events for which you have registered, disclosures to comply with legal requirements, and (where permitted by law) quality assurance surveys.
Third Party Tools & Services
The Site may link to, include content from or integrate with websites, services or tools of third parties. Examples of this might include third party platforms on which our products and services can be made available or tools provided by third parties to assist in the operation of the site (such as Google reCaptcha, which we use to verify that individuals rather than bots are accessing our site or submitting information to us, or social sharing buttons, which permit individuals to share content from our site using the third party social network). These third parties may collect information about your visit to the Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any of these third party sites, services or tools. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of these other services and websites if you have any concern about how they treat your personal information.
Consumer Data We Collect and Use Outside the Site for Our Products and Services
We are a provider of marketing related products and services, which involves collection and use of consumer personal information to help U.S. consumers receive relevant marketing offers. This is not information we collect through the Site, but rather consumer information we receive through a number of other sources.
Please note, our marketing products and services are designed only for use in marketing to United States consumers 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information about consumers in other locations or about children, and do not permit other parties to send it to us. We also don’t knowingly collect information historically considered to be highly sensitive in the United States such as credit card or bank account numbers, Social Security Numbers or other government-issued identifiers or HIPAA data or other information specifying a consumer’s medical conditions. We prohibit other parties from sending us this type of data.
